The objective of this paper is to describe strategies used by the institutional subject in the legał and political discourse after World War II. The materials constituting the basis for this paper comprise representative texts for the above-mentioned discourse of this period, i. e. Bolesław Bierut’s report entitled On the Constitution of the Peoples Republic of Poland and presented at a session of the Constituent Sejm, and the preamble to the Constitution of the People’s Republic of Poland of 1952.
